Setting up Outlook for Email | Blackberry Setup
Setting up Outlook or Outlook Express to collect and manage your email is not extremely difficult. Please read the following tutorials by Mircrosoft to setup your Microsoft email software. eKzact Clients are welcome to contact us via telephone for support.

Web Mail Access
All of eKzact's hosted domains come with web email access. You can login to your web mail while you travel or from home as follows;
In your web browser go to http://mail.YourWebDomain.com
Enter your full email address for the user ID
Enter your password
Call eKzact if you are having trouble accessing your mail via the web.
Setting Up Your Blackberry

Go to the appropriate service provider site and you can add your email account to the Blackberry server. You may need to retrieve your user/ pwd combination if your cellular phone rep did your initial setup.
Blackberries are setup via a service site as noted above, or from within the Blackberry browser. The blackberry owner may have to retireve their user name and password. Once logged into the appropriate website is is a matter of entering the email account details - soon afterwards the blackberry will start pulling email from the server.
It is important to ensure that the user has "leave mail on the server"... for at least 1 day. In this manner when the person checks their mail at a laptop or desktop - the mail will remain on the server for the blackberry to retrieve still.
